EMSRP Practitioner Training - Booking Terms & Conditions

Training Requirements

Applicants will be accredited members of a recognised psychotherapeutic professional body.

To secure a place on a workshop the above criteria must be met and payment/deposit received.  On receipt of the booking form a provisional place will be held for 72 hours.  The booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment/deposit. 

We will cancel provisional bookings where payment/deposit is not received within 72 hours. 

Payment Policy

Payment can be made in full at the time of booking.  

Instalments - 50% at the time of booking and 50% six weeks prior to the first training date.

Disabilities

Silk House Therapy Practice is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of an old town house.  Access is via stairs making the venue unsuitable for those with disabilities.  

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing, either by post or email.  

When a cancellation is made more than six weeks prior to the training date, the applicant is entitled to an 80% refund.  Cancellation between four and six weeks prior to training date entitles a 50% refund.  No refunds can be made when a cancellation is made less than four weeks prior to the training.

If Silk House Therapy Practice postpones or cancels a training session, a full refund will be given or alternative dates arranged.

In the event of Silk House Therapy Practice postponing and cancelling a training session we are unable to recompense people for expenses associated with attending the workshop such as prepaid travel and/or accommodation.  


Note: there are organisations that offer course insurance which also covers them should they be ill and not able to attend the training.
