“If you’re feeling out of kilter, don’t know why or what about. Let your feet reveal the answer, find that sore spot, work it out.”
-  Eunice Ingham, a pioneer in Reflexology

Emma is a Clinical and Holistic Reflexologist who has been a practicing therapist since July 2015. Her approach involves creating bespoke treatment plans in various specialised areas to meet individual needs. A standalone session can be helpful, however a course of sessions is recommended due to treatments having a cumulative effect. It can be beneficial to have regular sessions initially and then lengthen them out by assessing how many weeks to go whilst still being effective.

Practice and Specialisms:
Emma's practice includes foot, hand and auricular (ear) reflexology.  She is trained to work with all ages and all walks of health.

Further professional development includes stress and anxiety, limbic reflexology (working the limbic brain), reproductive reflexology, pregnancy, birth preparation, the menopause, menstrual cycle, vertical reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage, adapted reflextherapy, fitness (maintenance, recovery and injury), reflexology for cancer and palliative care and inner intent reflexology (mindful). Maintenance plans are also offered, which are described as an MOT for those wanting to maintain good health.

Training, Qualifications and Experience:
Contemporary Reflexology College under the tuition of Allison Walker, qualifying with a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology (incorporating Agored Cymru units at Level 5). This is currently the highest qualification available for reflexologists training in the UK and is the equivalent to a Foundation Degree or Diploma in Higher Education.

Emma is also a qualified Reiki practitioner up to Reiki Master Teacher level. Some clients ask for Reiki to be incorporated at the end of a reflexology session.

Emma's experience includes delivering talks, workshops, corporate clinics, teaching assistant at CRC, organising and participating in wellbeing events.

Emma is a full member of The Association of Reflexologists and is insured to work as a Clinical Reflexologist and Reiki Pracitioner.
