Why we need to avoid Dr Google
by Nutritional Therapist, Sarah Mallinson

Almost always, the people I see in clinic will have read reams of information on Google about their health complaint and will have tried a myriad of ways to overcome the issue themselves. People who have done their research can be very informed about the condition itself.

Introductory Talk - The Brain Health Programme

Nutritional therapist, Sarah Mallinson is holding an introductory talk on Thursday, 23 January 2020 from 7pm to 8.15pm. The talk provides an overview of the programme which is based on the work of Dr Dale Breseden, an internationally recognised expert on dementia, Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline. Booking essential.

Sarah will be talking about the 6 week programme starting on 13 February 2020.

Have you experienced…
  • Brain fog, fuzzy thinking or do you find it hard to maintain focus and concentration?
  • Poor memory or are you becoming forgetful?
  • Anxiety and/or low mood?
  • Chronic Stress and/or lack of motivation
  • Are you tired all the time and/or have trouble sleeping
  • Are you concerned about your risk of cognitive decline, either now or in the future?
  • Has a family member has been diagnosed with dementia?

If you answered yes to any of the above The Brain Health Programme may be for you.
The programme is for individuals wanting to optimise brain function and overall health by engaging in diet and lifestyle changes which can support mental health, mood and wellbeing and reduce future risk of cognitive decline.

The programme is also for health professionals who want to know more about The Brain Health Programme and how the 'gut-brain axis' can impact people's mood and cognitive functioning and provide some tools to support you in working with your clients.
