Sara takes an individual and integrative approach, being skilled in the balance of using talking therapy and/or art materials where appropriate or as requested by the client. It is important that you feel in control in your therapy and leave sessions feeling better than when you arrived, with the ability to sustain lasting change and emotional wellness.
Sara also uses different methods to help people resolve past traumas & PTSD, including Rewind therapy and Art Psychotherapy. She often uses guided imagery to mentally rehearse future events or new ways of behaving and being, to release past difficulties and to help you to feel calmer.
