The body wants to find a path to wellness, and my role is to help create the right conditions – through diet and lifestyle changes – for it to do so.
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page.
Perhaps you have landed on my profile because you are looking to recover from a chronic health issue or concern that has troubled you for some time. Maybe you lack energy for the things you used to love or would like to restore your zest for life.
Many people who come to see me have exhausted many conventional and non-conventional approaches, struggling to get answers in their quest to get well… Many feel like the options are running out.
I believe that there is so much that can be done to restore health, vitality and energy. The body wants to find a path to wellness, and my role is to help create the right conditions – through diet and lifestyle changes – for it to do so.

As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I aim to help you get to the root cause of your conditions and empower you to take responsibility for your health.
I see clients who are experiencing a diverse range of chronic issues, but some of the more common health concerns I see are:
· Digestive and gut issues
· Chronic fatigue
· Autoimmune disorders including Rheumatoid Arthritis
· Mood issues such as depression and anxiety
· Thyroid and hormonal dysfunction
· Cognitive decline
What you can expect from our work together
I will listen to you and offer you the space to share what has been happening on both an emotional and physical level.
My approach is individualised and thoroughly tailored to you and your needs. I draw on teachings from Functional Medicine: an approach which GPs are beginning to recognise, and which has a vast body of research to support its effectiveness.
An initial consultation lasts for 75 minutes. In this session, we will explore your background, including your diet, sleep patterns, traumas, family history, genetics and current lifestyle. We will explore your mother’s health during pregnancy and the circumstances of your birth, as all of this has a bearing on your health in the present day.
On hearing your concerns, I may recommend specific Functional Tests that can help us understand what’s going on for you. For example, a stool test will look at your digestive function, bacterial or yeast overgrowth, and specific immune markers. The results can help us to identify where we can make appropriate changes in your diet and lifestyle. Remember, when we address the root cause rather than the symptom, we give the body the best possible chance of rebalancing.
I may recommend supplements in therapeutic doses* that can support the other changes you are making.
Lastly, I may recommend specific lifestyle changes, such as meditation or breathing practices.
*These supplements offer therapeutic doses that are higher than you would find in high street shops and are formulated to include the relevant cofactors and nutrients required for optimum absorption and efficacy and are only available through practitioners. Therefore, these products are generally used for a shorter amount of time.
How long will it take to get well?
Clients often ask how long it will take to get well, and it’s a valid question. The general guidelines , although each individual is different, are a month for every year you have been ill, depending on your level of commitment to the required diet and lifestyle changes.
I understand that it can be challenging to hear that the things we love may contribute to our ill-health. However, your willingness to be an active participant in your wellbeing is a significant factor in how successful our work together will be.
At all times, I will support you and empower you to continue to play an active role in your wellbeing. And be with you on the journey as things begin to change.
