Dr Hannah Taylor is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). She works in the NHS and privately with adults with a broad range of mental health problems using evidence based psychological therapies.
Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Hannah tailors her therapeutic approach to the needs of the individual, working alongside clients to help them to live rich and meaningful lives, and to achieve their goals.
Any intervention offered is based upon individual need and the psychological formulation of current difficulties. During an initial assessment Hannah would discuss and agree the most appropriate therapeutic approach.
Hannah works with adults (over 16 years old) who experience a variety of difficulties including: social anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, stress, depression, trauma difficulties, psychosis, relationship difficulties, and general dissatisfaction with life.
Assessment Only Service - Hannah offers an assessment only service, which is usually requested by individuals looking for a “one-off” psychological report. This report would include a full assessment of the individual’s difficulties, and future recommendations for their psychological well-being. Areas of assessment include adult ADHD and psychological disorders (including post-traumatic stress disorder). Please enquire further regarding fees associated with a psychological report.
